The Autumn Oaks payment booklets were delayed but have been mailed to our property manager for distribution. When received they will be distributed via USPS. No late fees will be assessed.

The Autumn Oaks Board of Directors is now full. Thank you to the volunteers. The contact directory has been updated to indicate the board members. The directory is available for viewing or downloading in the Homeowners Access tab above. The annual meeting hasn't been scheduled because of COVID-19. You will be contacted via USPS when the date has been scheduled.

Our annual association meeting has not been scheduled because of the current Indiana Stay-At-Home Order. When the meeting is eventually scheduled you will be notified via USPS mail.

1st American is our account manager for Republic Services which is our waste and recycling service. During this COVID-19 outbreak, it is very important that trash isn’t piled around or on top of the trash container lid. We need to keep their drivers safe for this essential service, and handling waste by hand as little as possible is a big part of that. Please contact Catherine at 1st American if you need another trash container during this Stay-At-Home order.
